Proud to Support Sawtry Colts Falcons
Diversity Jobs Group is delighted to support the Sawtry Colts Falcons girls’ football team, helping to provide sponsored clothing as the players continue their footballing journey together.
The Falcons enjoyed a remarkable first season as a new team. From their opening matches, the girls demonstrated the teamwork, determination and commitment that grassroots football is all about. Their confidence and ability grew throughout the season, culminating in an outstanding second-place league finish.
Their achievements are even more impressive when looking at the season as a whole. Official FA records show the Falcons played 24 league matches, winning 18, drawing three and losing just three, while scoring an impressive 97 goals and conceding only 24.
More Than Just Football
What makes the Falcons’ story particularly special isn’t simply the results. It’s the opportunity for young players to develop confidence, friendships and a sense of belonging through sport. Sawtry Colts places a strong emphasis on encouraging girls into football, with its Girls Player Development Centre focused on giving girls the opportunity to play, learn new skills and, importantly, have fun.
The team started its first season in tremendous fashion, recording two wins from its opening two league games as well as a County Cup victory. From there, the girls continued to develop individually and collectively, supporting one another and demonstrating fantastic team spirit.

Proud Sponsors of the Women’s 1st XV
Diversity Jobs Group is proud to support the West Park Leeds Ladies Women’s 1st XV, a successful and inclusive women’s rugby team based at The Sycamores in Leeds.
West Park Leeds Ladies is an inclusive team catering for players of all abilities, creating an environment where women can enjoy rugby, develop their skills and compete as part of a strong and supportive club community. The Women’s 1st XV currently competes in Women’s Championship North 1, while the club also fields a Women’s 2nd XV, helping provide opportunities for players across different levels of experience and ability.
Keeping the Team Warm – On and Off the Pitch
Our relationship with the team developed through Women’s 1st XV Team Manager Liz Iwanejko, who continues to play an important role within the women’s set-up at West Park Leeds.
Following discussions with Liz, Diversity Jobs Group generously provided sponsored clothing for the team across the 2023 and 2024 seasons, helping players keep warm during training, match preparation and those inevitably cold days on the touchline.
