Site Agent – Sevenoaks, Kent
FM Conway is currently seeking a Site Agent to join our successful Structures division, working on high-profile projects across Westminster, the City of London, and Kensington and Chelsea. Our current portfolio includes the Piccadilly Underpass upgrade project, along with a range of other exciting schemes such as bridge refurbishments, structural testing and upgrades, and highway and M&E improvements. As our Site Agent you will plan, execute and supervise the safe delivery of scheme works and maintain all site activities in accordance with the Structures work package plan. This is a permanent, full time position based at our Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent, however you will be working on projects in Central London.
The duties of the Site Agent role will include:
-Working in conjunction with the Project Manager to maintain and update the contract programme
-Planning, coordinating and implementing work activities in accordance with the project timelines
-Ensuring that all works are delivered in full compliance with all FMC Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies
-Implementing and controlling all planned works including distribution of safe systems of work which includes site inductions, daily briefings, task assignment, risk reviews and toolbox talks
-Coordinating all plant, equipment, materials and consumables needed for the delivery of works
-Recording changes in project scope and assisting with project stakeholders Â
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for an experienced Site Agent with either structures, highways or M&E experience. You will have demonstratable site management experience and you will have an excellent understanding of resource and supplier management. The successful candidate must hold a CSCS and SMSTS.
