What You’ll Do
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering end-to-end transformations across clients’ claims, pricing and underwriting functions
- Drive end-to-end transformation programs, working across strategy consultants, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions
- Collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams to support insurance transformation projects across international engagements
- Work closely with global leaders of BCG’s global initiative focused on transforming clients’ claims, pricing and underwriting functions, contributing to a global specialist squad
- Contribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs, with opportunities to work on international engagements under BCG’s travel standards
What You’ll Bring
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting
- Previous consulting experience is preferred; experience in insurance companies, insurance assistance companies or insurance consulting firms is highly valued
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful client solutions
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority
- Fluency in English and Spanish
