About the role
We are recruiting for casual Learning Support and SEND Practitioners to work within our 16 – 19 provision in Kettering, although there may be the need for supporting within our Adult Learning provision across North Northamptonshire and West Northamptonshire.
The person in this role will be working with teaching staff and other professionals to support learners with SEND to ensure everyone has equal access to education and opportunities to achieve.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience of working with young people or adults with special education needs or disabilities as well as a person centred attitude, who can develop positive relationships with both learners and teaching staff.
