Salary: £26,615.00
Who we’re looking for
As a Labourer, you’ll provide general and small repairs to make sure we can provide high quality, ‘right first time’, and cost effective building services across our customers’ homes.
Doing your job brilliantly means supporting our trades to deliver within their roles such as waste removal, safe working support or lifting. . You’ll keep and maintain records for audit purposes, make sure all job orders are completed on time, raise any access issues, and make sure we carry out all works in line with rules, regulations and the contract.
You’ll have experience in a similar all-round general maintenance role, together with the ability to carry out light trade repairs. Whatever the job, you’ll be able to play your part in delivering an amazing service for our customers and making sure we keep our homes safe.
Due to the nature of the role being within occupied premises, you will be asked to complete an enhanced DBS check if offered the role.
