Our purpose is providing safe, secure, homes – opening the door to life opportunities. We own and manage over 11,000 homes for social rent and shared ownership, and plan to build more over the next five years.

We were formed in 2000 and have gradually extended our reach. Today we’re proud to operate across the boroughs of Richmond, Hounslow, Kingston, Hillingdon and Spelthorne.
