About the role
Southfields Care home Rated GOOD by CQC provides exceptional levels of support to older persons living with Dementia, Physical disabilities or /and Sensory impairments.
Situated in a residential suburb in Northampton, offering a wonderful living environment in which residents can enjoy an enhanced quality of life.
We have teams of friendly and committed staff who provide the highest level of dementia care and residential care.
With our great accommodation and facilities and a programme of activities, our care home evoke a home from home atmosphere in which our residents can feel comfortable, content and very well cared for.
About you
As we offer full hands-on training with relevant certifications, you don’t have to have experience. BUT you do need to have the want and will to make individuals feel seen and cared for.
At minimum we offer 2.5 weeks induction training and a further 2-4 weeks “Buddy scheme” too. We will settle you in, gradually.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost. West Northamptonshire Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
