About the role
Use your admin expertise to support a service that transforms lives
Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Voluntary Adoption Agency is looking for a motivated and positive individual to join our dynamic, county-wide Adoption Team. This team plays a vital role in supporting adoptive families through Recruitment, Assessment, and Family Finding services. Working in a hybrid model, you’ll be based partly at One Angel Square in Northampton (minimum three days per week) and partly from home. This is a varied, challenging and rewarding role that offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

About you
You’re a confident, approachable, and energetic team player who thrives in a busy environment.
You have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build positive relationships.
Highly organised, with strong IT and numeracy skills,  you’re comfortable working independently to meet deadlines.
You’ll bring previous experience of working in a team, along with the flexibility and initiative needed to manage competing priorities. You’re quick to learn, proactive, and always ready to contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture.
