We’re looking for a strategic thinker, an operational mastermind, someone who can make it happen at pace! You will be passionate about technology, transforming the delivery of public services and the driving force of the delivery of our IT Strategy. Leading a talented team, shape and deliver effective solutions that power everything from internal operations to frontline services, within the council and for our partners. Â

You will define the future of our IT infrastructure and critical systems, champion data driven decision making, and embed a culture of innovation across the council, helping to design and deliver smarter, faster, more connected services for our communities.Â

About you
What We’re Looking For:Â

- A strategic thinker with a passion for public service.
- Financially astute and experienced in managing large budgets.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering IT strategies.
- Experienced in leading large professional and technical teams.
- Experienced professional with substantial leadership experience in IT and a passion for technology.
- A collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
