About the role

Do you have a knack for helping people, and a desire to work at the heart of the local community? We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile person to join our friendly and hard-working team. 

Buckden Library sits at the heart of a growing, and diverse, community. As well as catering for all ages with our selection of books, we organise regular activities and events, and work closely with schools and other local groups. 

This is a part-time post based at Buckden Library for 15.5 hours per week. The library is open: Tuesday 10.00-1.00 and 2.00-5.00, Thursday 2.00-5.00, Friday 4.00-7.00, Saturday 10.00-1.00. This post involves working alternate Saturdays.
