Housing Manager
Location: Teddington with flexibility
Salary: £54,498 per annum
Who we’re looking for
As part of our Housing team, you’ll lead the team and work with colleagues, stakeholders and other external partners to deliver excellent service to customers and respond to tenancy breaches. You’ll lead the housing part of the customer journey by supporting customers affected by ASB, domestic abuse, housing-related tenancy issues and our travelling community.
Being a confident decision maker and problem solver, you’ll be proactive with proportionate responses to issues in accordance with legislation and HOS guidance. You’ll also drive team success through continuous coaching, regular performance discussions, and role modelling our values.
An Enhanced DBS check will be carried out for the successful candidate.
