About you
We require a team player who can also work independently using their own initiative and cab bring enthusiasm, creativity to sessions as well as someone who brings energy, and who can manage challenging situations .
you must be flexible in your approach, with the ability to work across different services as needed.
Experience and understanding of autism and behaviours who require additional support is preferable
