Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? If so, CrossCountry is recruiting First Class Hosts to join our dynamic team in Newcastle.

What you’ll be doing

As a First Class Host, you will be the face of our service — ensuring our customers receive a warm welcome, excellent service, and a memorable journey every time they travel with us. You will be serving complimentary refreshments and selling additional items to our First-Class customers, ensuring that you deliver a premium customer experience onboard by maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism and providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

You may also be asked on occasion to support with providing a high-quality at-seat catering service to our Standard Class customers.

Location Requirement

  • You must live within 1 hour’s commute of Newcastle and be able to travel at unsocial hours reliably.
