Job Title: Project Management (Coastal Waters) Graduate

Commercial Operations – Coastal Waters, Major Infrastructure
Salary: £32,000
Start date: September 2026
Location: Successful graduate will be required to work from Peterborough office (World Wide House) at least 3 days a week. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

The Coastal Waters programme is a vital part of Anglian Water’s ambitious AMP8 Investment Programme, delivering complex, place-based solutions to help clean up our rivers and beaches. These projects include:

  • Innovative network storm storage solutions

  • Nature-based solutions supporting urban regeneration

  • Disinfection works at our Water Recycling Centres

As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the Coastal Waters team, supporting experienced Project Managers and gaining hands-on experience in the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects. On this 2-Year programme, you’ll be part of a new and emerging team, helping to shape new ways of working that will benefit both the programme and the wider business.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography, or a related STEM subject 2:2 or above

  • A genuine interest in infrastructure, environmental improvement, and sustainable development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute

  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working in multidisciplinary teams
