Salary: £32,000
Start date: September 2026
Location: Successful graduate will be required to work from Peterborough office (World Wide House) at least 3 days a week. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

Disinfection works at our Water Recycling Centres
As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the Coastal Waters team, supporting experienced Project Managers and gaining hands-on experience in the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects. On this 2-Year programme, you’ll be part of a new and emerging team, helping to shape new ways of working that will benefit both the programme and the wider business.
Who We’re Looking For:

A degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography, or a related STEM subject 2:2 or above

A genuine interest in infrastructure, environmental improvement, and sustainable development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute

Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working in multidisciplinary teams
