About you
- A compassionate communicator who can adapt to different audiences and build rapport.
- Have a strong knowledge of housing legislation, benefits systems, and local support services.
- Experienced in working with vulnerable individuals, including those with complex needs.
- Have the ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently.
- Proficient in Office 365 and willing to learn new systems.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
