Property &
Development Co-Ordinator (Part time, 3 days a week)
Hemel Hempstead (Office based)
Annual salary + bonus and benefits

Be part of our welcoming Property team, helping to keep
our parks safe, beautiful, and ready for guests to enjoy. In this part-time
role, you’ll coordinate activities, share updates, and keep projects moving —
from facilities and maintenance to exciting new developments.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
– Planning, organising, and keeping projects on track — from day-to-day tasks
to exciting new developments.
– Monitoring progress, solve problems as they arise, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
– Coordinating activities, updates, and meetings so our teams and partners work seamlessly together.
– Managing key admin tasks, including orders, supplier set-up, access requests, and communications.
– Preparing and sharing regular park updates to keep our teams informed and connected.

What we’d like you to bring:
– Confidence using Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel for clear, effective communication.
– A self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with all levels of the team.
– Comfortable challenging ideas constructively to find the best outcomes.
– Positivity and a sense of humour, with facilities management experience a bonus.
