Circa £28,000 per annum (Dependent on Skills & Experience)

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Full time, 37 hours per week

Location: Peterborough – Thorpe Wood House,

Remote and Office each week. Must be able to attend ongoing training in Peterborough and Lincoln

We are seeking a Billing & Income Team member to join our dynamic and multi-skilled team. This role is vital in supporting billing and cash collection activities for Retailers, Developers, NAVs, and other non-household customers within the AWS region.

With responsibility for ensuring the accurate collection of revenues-amounting to approximately £440 million annually-you will play a key part in maintaining financial integrity, monitoring cash collection performance, and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

What does it take to be a  Customer and Operational Services Team Member?

  • Proficient in SAP

  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office products – including the use of VLOOKUP & pivot tables

  • Customer service and financial experience (preferably business to business)

  • Excellent telephone etiquette with ability to discuss matters such as payment resolution & debt chasing

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload

  • The desire to solve problems, improve processes and deliver efficiencies

  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
