Senior Architectural Technologist
Our Opportunity
- Leading and delivering a variety of projects, from small to large, in different sectors, through all stages of a project.
- Working alongside the project director to produce, manage and control the project brief, fees, costs, programme, and deliverables.
- Leading the design, detailing, specification, and coordination of projects from inception to completion.
- Communicating with the client and all members of the project team at all times.
- Organising and chair all necessary meetings and project reviews.
- Working in a multi discipline environment.
- Keeping the project director informed at all times.
- Fully support and manage the architectural teams assigned to your projects.
- Ensuring the team understand and comply with all relevant legislation related to the project.
About You
- Degree in Architectural Technology BSc(Hons) or a relevant HNC/HND qualification or working towards MCIAT membership.
- Proficient using Revit.
- Relevant experience within a similar role/leading a technical team.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Experience using NBS Chorus.
- NEC and JCT contract awareness.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and supporting junior team members.
