A little bit about me and what I do:

I’m Sarah Tancell, a neurodivergent HR leader, consultant, and founder of Neuro-D. With over 20 years of experience in senior people roles, including as an International HR Director and HR Consultancy founder, I now work with organisations to embed neuroinclusion into their culture, leadership, and talent strategy. Through coaching, consultancy and training, I help businesses reimagine the workplace to work better for all brains, not just the majority. 

Which board you're an ambassador for and why:

I’m incredibly proud to be joining Neurodiversity Jobs as an Ambassador. Representation matters and so does access. I believe that by connecting neurodivergent talent with neuroinclusive employers, we’re not just changing individual lives, we’re shifting entire systems. I wanted to be part of this work to help bridge the gap between potential and opportunity and more importantly to show that thriving at work shouldn’t require masking or burnout.

What you're passionate about:

I’m deeply passionate about creating workplaces where neurodivergent individuals feel safe to disclose, to show up as themselves and self advocate for their needs so that they are not just surviving day-to-day, they are thriving in their career, and most importantly they feel like they belong. That includes challenging outdated narratives, reshaping hiring practices, and making inclusion actionable, not just aspirational. I’m also committed to using my own lived experience (I’m triple neurodivergent!) to drive awareness, empathy, and practical change.
