Job Description
Saatchi & Saatchi is a globally renowned advertising agency known for its innovative and creative campaigns. With a prestigious client portfolio, we are committed to delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Role Overview: As a Client WIP Controller, you'll manage client financial matters, acting as the bridge between account management, production, and finance teams. Your role ensures accurate financial transactions and meticulous record-keeping to support smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Raise client and intercompany invoices/credit notes.
- Allocate costs for billing on a job-by-job basis.
- Maintain job tracking sheets for approvals, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
- Chase outstanding client purchase orders and monitor expenditures against estimates.
- Communicate regularly with account teams to ensure accurate work progress reporting.
- Resolve client invoice queries and assist with financial audits.
- Train account groups on financial best practices and process journals and ad-hoc purchase orders.
- Monitor budgets and contribute to forecasting and profitability analysis.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong client accounting management experience.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient in finance software and tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications advantageous.
