Job Title: Warehouse Administration Team Leader
Salary: £29,500 basic
Job Type: Full Time

The Role…
An opportunity has arisen to join the Stock Control team within the Multi-Channel Fulfilment Centre. Primarily
working on the AM shift we are looking to recruit a Stock Control Supervisor to manage all stock related tasks including perpetual inventory control (PI), goods in deliveries and customer returns. Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, key priorities of the role will include:
  • Manage resources accordingly to meet the demands of the workload across designated areas of the operation. 
  • Identify shortfalls that may require additional labour as well as identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost reductions.
  • Ensure department systems & spreadsheets are updated accurately in accordance with process and always in a timely manner.
  • PI count cycle is completed within the agreed timeline and where necessary discrepancies are  investigated and resolved appropriately within the agreed SLA.
  • Returned orders to be processed within a timely manner of receipt including putting back to stock to optimise availability and any discrepancies reported and challenged through the appropriate channel, Customer Service, 3PL etc
  • Direct deliveries into the MCFC to be processed in line with process including full checks against PO, accuracy of booking in and putaway in a timely manner to achieve highest levels of availability for new orders.
