Job Title: Warehouse Administration Team Leader
Salary: £29,500 basic
Job Type: Full Time
- Manage resources accordingly to meet the demands of the workload across designated areas of the operation.
- Identify shortfalls that may require additional labour as well as identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost reductions.
- Ensure department systems & spreadsheets are updated accurately in accordance with process and always in a timely manner.
- PI count cycle is completed within the agreed timeline and where necessary discrepancies are investigated and resolved appropriately within the agreed SLA.
- Returned orders to be processed within a timely manner of receipt including putting back to stock to optimise availability and any discrepancies reported and challenged through the appropriate channel, Customer Service, 3PL etc
- Direct deliveries into the MCFC to be processed in line with process including full checks against PO, accuracy of booking in and putaway in a timely manner to achieve highest levels of availability for new orders.
