An opportunity to be part of the Wardrobe department on the seven Olivier award winning production of the classic musical CABARET in London’s West End, directed by Rebecca Frecknall and designed by Tom Scutt. 

Start Date: November 2025

Role: Wardrobe Assistant

Contract Type: BECTU/SOLT Agreement 

Weekly Fee: In line with Union minimums.

Job Description: 

Wardrobe Assistants: We are looking for a Wardrobe Assistant to be part of a team of nine. They will report to the Head of Wardrobe and will be expected to carry out dressing responsibilities and interact with the cast in a supportive and professional capacity. Ideal candidates would be proficient on a sewing machine as well as having other necessary skills to keep the costumes to the highest possible standard and must have some experience of dressing on a theatre production.

We are looking for candidates who like working as part of a team, have an interest and enthusiasm for theatre and enjoy the variety of work involved in a busy West End wardrobe department. Candidates MUST have experience in a similar role in a Wardrobe department in professional theatre.
