If you are a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager looking to progress your career, then this could be the role for you! We are recruiting for a Deputy Care Manager at our CQC registered service King’s Norton, Birmingham. 

This is a permanent role, working 35 hours per week. Your responsibilities include office hours for staff management tasks, such as creating rotas and mentoring Support Workers and direct support as a Waking Night Support Worker.

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will support the Registered Care Manager in providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals. 

Here we support 8 people who are deafblind, have visual and/or hearing impairments, complex needs and learning disabilities. They live in individual flats within a purpose built home and the home is situated in the heart of a vibrant community.
