Visual Support (Fashion, Home & Beauty) – Northern Ireland
Join our Central Visual Team at M&S as a Visual Support, a high-energy, mobility role bringing visual excellence to stores across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the UK. You’ll be at the heart of the transformation, coaching, inspiring, and delivering standout displays that make our stores shine.
You’ll spend your week traveling to stores, raising the bar in visual standards, and helping teams bring the M&S customer experience to life. This role is fast-paced, hands-on, and perfect for someone who loves retail, travel, and making a real difference on the shop floor.
Coaching & development: Half your time will be spent upskilling teams, supporting Store Managers, and developing visual talent in stores. You’ll engage colleagues, listen to feedback, and help everyone feel confident in their role.
Execution & impact: Around a third of your time is delivering high-impact visual execution, from layouts and fixture placement to mannequins, styling, windows, and launches. You’ll make sure every store looks its best and reflects the latest campaigns.
Drive performance: The remaining time is focused on driving sales and contribution, identifying opportunities to improve visual standards, and ensuring every store delivers right first time for colleagues and customers.
You’ll work closely with Visual Leads, Regional Managers, store Visual Merchandisers, and store leadership teams to create consistency and excellence across every store you visit.
Please note this role is a 9 month maternity cover role.
