JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in a dual role that blends client-focused sales with the artistry of visual merchandising. As a key member of our store team, you’ll not only deliver exceptional client experiences but also play a vital role in bringing Burberry’s iconic brand vision to life through inspiring displays and innovative styling.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Store Team, Visual Merchandiser, and Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure that our store reflects the very best of Burberry — elevated, customer-centric, and always brand-first. You’ll be a true ambassador for Visual Merchandising, helping to train colleagues, share best practices, and ensure every detail is executed to perfection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Immerse yourself in Burberry’s global Visual Merchandising guidelines and delivery launch decks.
- Partner with the store team to execute seasonal floor sets, window refreshes, and in-store installations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and timelines.
- Support with planning and delivering show-stopping windows, monthly updates, BPC setups, and special partner events.
- Elevate the store environment — from windows to mannequins — ensuring every touchpoint reflects a luxury, client-first experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to represent key product investments in a brand-approved way.
- Deliver on-the-job training to colleagues, empowering them to maintain high visual standards.
- Maintain a seamless, disruption-free shop floor during trading hours through strong coordination with store and BOH teams.
- Handle product deliveries, floor replenishments, mannequin updates, and back-of-house VM tool organization with efficiency and care.
- Provide visual updates and photography to regional and central VM teams.
- Contribute ideas to enhance displays and styling, always looking for creative ways to elevate store standards.
- Liaise with regional VM partners to tailor visuals to local client preferences while staying true to the global brand vision.
