We are looking for a talented strong and ambitious leader to join our strong management group within our wider Children in Care Service to lead one of our children in care teams. Â
This role includes managing social workers allocated to a full range of children in care, which may also include Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC), Early Permanence and Care Leavers.
If you are either a current Team Manager, looking to develop their practice in a different practice area or an experienced practitioner with supervisory experience looking for their progression into management, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career further.Â

- Ensuring a focus on the individual and assisting in personal and professional development through the several available pathways and programmes offered by our Children’s Services.
- You will lead and oversee a consistently good service to these looked after children and young people as well as ensure specialist assessment and support is undertaken and delivered effectively to improve the outcomes and promote a positive future for Children in care, unaccompanied asylum seeking children or care leavers.
