Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with a strong background in Banking & Financial Services to lead and manage complex delivery engagements across multiple component teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and navigate delivery across multiple component teams, ensuring timely tracking of deliverables.
  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Banking & Financial Services, including Loans, Mortgage, Cards, and Collections & Recovery.
  • Provide expertise in Collection Platforms such as Tallyman, Debt Manager, Experian, and FICO.
  • Identify project risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Maintain and manage RAID logs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with agreed milestones and timelines.
  • Establish and follow escalation protocols when necessary.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Prepare and present status reports, risk mitigation strategies, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Service First processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Record Management.
  • Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in project/program delivery within BFSI domain.
  • Hands-on experience with collection platforms (Tallyman, Debt Manager, Experian, FICO).
  • Strong understanding of project governance and RAID management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Management tools.
