About the role

The Supplier Resilience Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the stability, reliability, and continuity of supply inputs (raw, packaging materials & consumables). This role focuses on mitigating risks related to supplier disruptions, enhancing supplier performance, and ensuring business continuity in the face of geopolitical, economic, environmental, regulatory, and operational challenges.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a supplier resilience framework to assess & monitor risks.
  • Identify potential supply input vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct supplier risk assessments and scenario planning exercises.
  • Establish comprehensive mitigation strategies.
  • Develop contingency plans and risk response strategies for supplier disruptions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and test supplier business continuity plans.
  • Lead crisis response efforts in case of supply input disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
  • Implement resilience KPls and monitor supplier scorecards to track performance.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory and sustainability requirements affecting supplier resilience.
  • Monitor critical suppliers’ financial stability, risk profile and resilience plans.
  • Utilize data analytics to predict and prevent potential supply chain disruptions.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Experienced in supply chain management, procurement, or risk management.
  • Proven track record in supplier risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in crisis management and business continuity planning.
  • Familiariry with supplier performance management systems and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability standards.

US salary ranges

USD $122,000.00 –  $182,000.00
