Set within the magnificent grounds of Thoresby Hall, our spa is entering an exciting new chapter following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, redefining luxury, calm and indulgence for our guests. We are seeking a polished and passionate Spa Host to help bring this elevated spa experience to life.

The role:
As a Spa Host, you are the guardian of the spa experience. Your role is to create a serene, welcoming environment where guests can fully relax, while ensuring the spa reflects the exceptional standards expected of a newly refurbished, luxury destination.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression
- Guiding guests through the spa facilities, supporting them throughout their visit and owning their experience
- Maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the spa, including:
- Detailed cleaning and sanitising of changing rooms, treatment rooms, relaxation areas and thermal facilities
- Replenishing towels, robes and amenities with pride in every detail
- Ensuring all spa spaces remain calm, safe, beautifully presented and guest-ready at all times
- Completing regular spa checks in line with health, safety and hygiene standards
- Supporting therapists and colleagues, winning as one to deliver seamless service
- Handling guest feedback with care, professionalism and ownership

What we’re looking for:
- A calm, refined and professional presence with a passion for luxury hospitality
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine pride in cleanliness and presentation
- A generous, positive attitude with the ability to light people up
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in spa, luxury hospitality, leisure or professional cleaning is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
