Shift Hours: Full Time

As a Subway® Team Leader you will be the face of our store. As well as preparing and serving delicious Subway® sandwiches you will meet and greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service, as well as supervising daily operations and a small team of employees

  • Food preparation including bread and cookie baking

  • Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards

  • Customer service, till use and store cleanliness

  • Stock Control

  • Checking in deliveries

  • Coaching newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists™

  • Opening and closing the store to a high standard

  • Delivering brand excellence

Experience:

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable and in a supervisory role. Excellent communication skills; especially verbal and a winning attitude is required

Physical:

Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerised Point of Sale system/cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday
