Service Charge Officer – 12 month fixed term contract – Devizes, SN10 2AZ, United Kingdom

What you’ll be doing
As a Service Charge Officer you will take a key role in setting and reconciling service charges for tenant, homeowners and leaseholders in the Wiltshire and Somerset area. This will involve you handling, analysing and interrogating large amounts of financial data ensuring customers are only charged for what we can legally recover from them.
You will do this by liaising with internal colleagues, referring to terms of leases, conveyance agreements and tenancy agreements and working in accordance with current service charge legislation. You’ll work with our customers responding to their enquiries on the phone, over email and face to face about their service charges.

About you
You will be committed to delivering excellent customer service, with the skills to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a good eye for detail and accuracy when presenting information.
You’ll be proficient in the use of IT including the Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases.
You’ll need to have a flexible approach to meet the needs of our customers, including local and regional travel. You’ll need to have a UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
