The Opportunity
As a Senior Operations Liaison, you’ll play a key role in our ECO4 delivery team, ensuring projects are compliant, efficient and customer focused. You’ll interpret technical data, manage Retrofit Assessments, and support the wider team with ECO4 and PAS2035 standards.
This is a great opportunity to lead by example, mentor colleagues, and shape the delivery of high-quality, compliant installations. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to make sure every customer receives the best possible service.
This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home and attend our Hove office when needed.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a Senior Operations Liaison who’s confident, organised and experienced in ECO4 delivery. Do you offer…
- Strong experience in ECO4, including Ofgem guidance and PAS2030/2035 standards
- Ability to read Retrofit Assessment XMLs, model ECO4 measures, and interpret technical survey documents
- Strong Excel skills for reviewing and reporting data
- Experience managing ECO4 projects from eligibility to install readiness
- Clear communication skills for working with customers and partners
- Understanding of ventilation strategies in line with PAS2035
- Ability to collaborate across departments and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach and support team members
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day ECO4 project workflows and Retrofit Assessment bookings
- Reading RA XMLs and mock EPRs to identify changes and model suitable measures. Using tools to determine/ create/ calculate post mock XMLs
- Applying ECO4 rules and preconditions to ensure compliance
- Communicating with customers and third parties to support smooth handovers
- Supporting the team with ECO4 documentation, measure strategy and compliance
- Working with Retrofit Coordinators, including prepping documents ready for them and communicating regularly
