Join the Royal Opera House as we continue to lead the digital transformation in opera, ballet, music, and dance on global stages and digital platforms. In our dynamic digital landscape, the relevance of innovative digital solutions is more pronounced than ever.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to be a part of our Digital Products team within the Audiences and Commercial Division. In this role, you will engineer scalable and secure digital solutions that captivate our global audiences. You will leverage your expertise in Typescript, React, and AWS to develop dynamic websites and robust applications. Your understanding of software architecture will be crucial in building systems that are not only performant but also scalable across various platforms including mobile and TV.

If you are passionate about delivering meaningful work that connects and enriches the lives of audiences worldwide, then this could be the role for you! Can you demonstrate any of the following:

  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and React; experience with TypeScript, Redux and frameworks like Next.js highly desirable.
  • Strong background in designing and developing high-quality, scalable software solutions, ideally within large organisations.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing, version control, and continuous integration.
  • Experience with system architecture, particularly in designing solutions for large-scale environments.
