The Role

London Business School are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst (Management Accountant) to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality financial management information and strategic support to designated departments, aiding in the delivery of annual plans and achieving departmental objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted business partner, offering expert advice on financial issues and drivers.
  • Represent the Finance department positively with business partners and colleagues.
  • Deliver concise management information services covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Support the delivery of the School Plan, Budget, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Innovate financial models and processes to enhance working methods.
  • Manage and report on project expenditures, including OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Provide analytical support for new developments and undertake ad-hoc projects.

Who we are looking for

  • Membership of an appropriate professional body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Minimum of 3 years in FP&A/Finance business partnering/commercial finance.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service-oriented environments.
