Our Opportunity
Are you an ambitious Cost Manager looking to take a step up in your career? Or are you a Senior Cost Manager wanting to gain additional valuable experience across a range of projects in the built environment?

About You
- Significant experience delivering cost management of building projects from feasibility/option studies through to detailed cost planning and post contract cost management.
- Thorough knowledge of the principal standard forms of building contracts, including JCT and NEC3
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience
- Multi-sector background gained in consultancy or construction environment
- MRICS / Chartered Surveyor status
- A professional and compassionate attitude
- Excellent client communication skills, report writing skills and presentation skillsÂ
