The Opportunity

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you’ll provide expert support across PAS2030/2035 and ECO4 delivery. You’ll be the go-to person for retrofit queries, helping the team assess property viability, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet compliance and quality standards.

This is a great opportunity to shape retrofit delivery, coach colleagues, and make a real impact on energy efficiency. You’ll work closely with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Installers to support compliant, customer-focused installations.

This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home and attend our Hove office when needed.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Consultant who’s knowledgeable and experienced in retrofit delivery. Do you offer…

  • Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management is essential
  • Experience working within PAS2030/2035 and retrofit frameworks
  • Strong understanding of ECO4 eligibility and measure requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical detail clearly
  • Experience working with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Installers
  • Strong organisational skills to support multiple projects

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing technical expertise on PAS2030/2035 and retrofit requirements
  • Acting as the first point of contact for retrofit-related queries
  • Supporting the team in identifying property viability and measure mixes
  • Liaising with external stakeholders to ensure compliance and progress
  • Training and upskilling the internal team to boost technical confidence
  • Working alongside the Retrofit Designer to be able to RC projects
