What you’ll be doing…

McArthurGlen, Europe’s leading designer outlet group, is seeking a proactive and analytical Retail Executive to join our team in Málaga. In this key role, you will support the Retail Team in driving store performance, coordinating retail initiatives, and delivering operational excellence across the Centre.

You’ll work closely with brand partners and internal teams, contributing to the commercial success of one of the most dynamic retail destinations in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse brand and Centre performance; produce and interpret KPI reports
  • Support Sales Reviews, store audits, training programs, and retail inductions
  • Monitor compliance and help identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build effective relationships with brand partners and internal departments
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, Guest Experience, and Finance teams
  • Participate in Duty Management (on a rotational basis, including occasional weekends)

To be successful you’ll bring…

  • Degree-level education preferred
  • Experience in retail operations (e.g., District or Store Manager level)
  • Strong commercial mindset and advanced Excel/reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; strong communication and relationship-building skills
