As our Restaurant and Bars Manager you will:
- Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of waiting staff and bartenders
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
- Assist in developing and implementing new menus and promotions
- Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
- Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation
Who you are:
- Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
