Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting research and innovation? Join our dynamic Research & Innovation Office (RIO) at Loughborough University and play a key role in enabling world-class research and impactful partnerships.
As one of two new Research and Innovation Development Administrators, you will work closely with our Research and Partnership Development Teams to support a wide range of research, innovation, and knowledge exchange activities. You’ll be based in one of our two specialist hubs – STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or SHAPE (Social Sciences, Humanities and the Arts) – and will contribute to the coordination of projects, events, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for research and innovation projects, including document collation, meeting coordination, and event planning.
• Support internal and external communications, including funder visits and showcase events.
• Triage enquiries and coordinate responses with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and provide secretariat support for panels and strategy groups.

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused office environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
