Description: The Role:
This is a key role required to manage a team to deliver a business critical project for the Council. The postholder will develop, implement, and manage a process to ensure that tenants receive rent refunds owing to them in an accurate and timely manner, with excellent customer communication maintained throughout the project.

About You:
You will be an experienced finance project manager, used to managing staff to deliver complex and high-profile projects to both budget and timescale. You will have excellent financial and IT capabilities, with a particular focus on having enhanced excel skills and will be as happy in the delivery role as you are in the managerial role. A background in social housing would be an advantage but is not essential.

Role:
Rent Regulation Project Manager

Hours:
This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Although the role is advertised as full time, if you believe you have the skills and experience to join us and would like to discuss different working patterns, please do get in touch.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday – Standard office hours, with some flexibility over when these are worked.

Contract:
Fixed Term – Initially for 12 months

Salary:
£49,498 – £53,679 per annum (City Pay Band 8)

Location:
This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
