Job Overview

We deliver leading customer experience (CX) solutions to global insurance clients that offer their consumers many products including life, health, property and casualty, long-term care, retirement planning, investments, roadside assistance, and warranty as one of the largest global providers of CX products. All calls are inbound calls only – no cold calling.

This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent position after the contract ends.

Please note: A distraction-free and quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours. Furry friends and household commotion should take a back seat.

What We're Looking For

  • A Personal Lines/ Producer's License is required for this position
  • Please have your NPN ready
  • Preferred 6 months – 2 years of relevant work experience 
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 
  • Must have open availability during operating hours. 
  • Professional customer service aptitude is essential, and basic conflict resolution skills

Home Setup Requirements

  • Provided Equipment: Foundever will ship necessary equipment, including a headset.
  • Internet Requirements: A hardwired high speed internet connection  
  • Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
