About our Nursery

Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool at North Shields NE29 8NH  are proud to hold Ofsted rating Good*. The warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming a new Flexible / Relief Nursery Practitioner, assisting them in giving our children the best start in life.

 

Our location also means we’re just under a 10-minute drive away not only from North Shields town centre but also the neighbouring towns of Tynemouth and Whitley Bay and we have a large on-site car park with ample space. Coming to us by public transport? The Rake Lane – Cedar Court bus stop is just outside the nursery. It’s served by 54, 57A, 308, 309 Cobalt & Coast, 317 and 675 buses.

As a Relief Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary starting from £11.53 per hour, plus you will also be entitled to:

What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner 

• Ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. 
• Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
• Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
• And most of all…have FUN!
