About Meade Close
Meade Close is a residential service made up of three separate bungalows—two 4-bed homes and one single-occupancy residence—supporting up to 9 individuals. The people we support have varied needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other support requirements.
We offer tailored care that includes:
- 1:1 and 2:1 support
- Personal care and assistance with daily living
- Moving and handling
- Support with eating and drinking
The bungalows are set within spacious grounds, offering a peaceful and homely atmosphere that promotes independence and wellbeing.
About the Role
This is a replacement position for a Registered Manager who will:
- Lead a team of up to 45 staff
- Champion person-centred care and community integration
- Support individuals to attend day centres, festivals, concerts, and other local events
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions and activities on-site, including animal interaction and creative classes
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, compliance with CQC regulations, and fostering a positive team culture.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Motivated to deliver outstanding care
- Skilled in prioritising and multitasking
- Experienced in managing CQC-registered residential services
- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical professionals
