An amazing new opportunity for a Reception Team Leader has become available for Portico, based at a multi-occupied building in Guildford.
This is a multi-functional standalone position where you will “own” the ground floor space, taking ownership for everything that ties into the friendly and efficient welcome services provided.
The Reception Team Leader will need to remain engaged with the agents letting the space and the new tenants as they move in, becoming the go-to person for all tenant needs!
Hours: 40 hours per week. Shifts from 8:30am – 5:30pm, from Mon-Fri.
Salary: £31,500 per annum.
Someone with a keen eye for detail and ownership would be ideal for the stimulating role. A self-motivated, go-getter with a creative streak and solid experience of providing consistent and exceptional customer service, preferably within a similar role.
The ability to build long lasting relationships with clients and visitors alike is essential.
Fluency in all MS Office suite products is essential.
Events experience is highly desirable.
