What You’ll Do

As part of the Executive Compensation team, you’ll help manage the programs and processes that recognize and reward the contributions of BCG’s senior leaders. You’ll combine financial analysis, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to ensure compensation decisions are accurate, transparent, and supported by robust data.

 

In this role, you will:

 

Lead the day-to-day execution of Executive Internal Incentives programs, including:

 

  • Management Credits, which recognize leaders for their contributions to firm leadership, people development, and other internal management responsibilities
  • Revenue Credits, which recognize leaders for their contribution to client revenue generation and commercial performance.

 

Additionally, you will:

 

  • Manage annual compensation and rewards processes, ensuring they are accurate, timely, well-governed, and delivered to a high standard.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on how project financial performance and commercial decisions influence executive compensation, working closely with the Compensation & Equity Framework team.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to understand how commercial and client-related decisions affect compensation outcomes.
  • Transform complex financial analysis into clear insights, presentations, and recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for executive stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, governance, and automation across compensation operations.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on incentive programs, financial transparency, and the continuous evolution of executive rewards.

What You’ll Bring

You are an experienced professional with proven experience managing process operations and delivering sound insights from complex analysis. You have some experience operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

 

We are looking for an analytically curious individual who can work collaboratively and clearly communicate with senior stakeholders.

 

  • Understanding of complex financial operations within professional services or other client-service environments
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to manage high-stakes operational processes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience driving process improvements across complex, global environments
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills in ambiguous or evolving situations
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across peers and more senior stakeholders
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency; hands-on experience with data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, SQL).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a real commitment to learning how to apply them to financial modelling, data validation, and process workflows

 

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of the Partner Services Group (PSG), working closely with the team responsible for evaluating and rewarding BCG’s senior leaders. In this role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Commercial Finance, client-facing teams, and business leadership to deliver accurate, transparent, and efficient compensation and rewards processes. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to improve reporting, streamline operations, and support the ongoing evolution of key business processes and decision-making.
