About the role

We’re looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic GBS initiatives across Customer Service, Planning, and Logistics. This role is critical to executing Reckitt’s supply chain transformation agenda—delivering operational excellence, process harmonization, and digital enablement across global hubs. 

You’ll work closely with functional leads, transformation teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. 

Your responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership 

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery across CS, Planning, and Logistics 

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations 

Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes 

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance 

Partner with GBS functional leads and global process owners to align project goals 

Facilitate steering committees, working groups, and stakeholder updates 

Ensure clear communication and alignment across regions and functions 

Execution & Delivery 

Drive execution of transformation initiatives including process standardization, digital tool deployment, and capability building 

Monitor progress against KPIs, milestones, and business outcomes 

Coordinate with IT, data, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration 

Continuous Improvement & Best Practice 

Identify opportunities to improve project delivery frameworks and tools 

Capture lessons learned and promote knowledge sharing across teams 

Support the development of PMO standards and templates within GBS 

The experience we're looking for

Proven experience in project or program management within supply chain or shared services 

Strong understanding of CS, Planning, and Logistics processes 

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills 

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) 

Desirable 

PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification 

Experience in global transformation programs or GBS environments 

Familiarity with SAP, planning systems, and logistics platforms
