An exciting, new, opportunity has become available for a Productivity Manager to work on high priority, cross functional, complex Save to Invest projects across Booker.

Working in the newly formed Transformation Team, you will support Operations to achieve payroll spend targets by managing a robust and accurate productivity measurement process and by supporting the development and delivery of changes that will improve our efficiency.

Providing timely and accurate data; working with the operations team to support management of cost vs targets set; managing an ongoing and robust task measurement process to ensure time values are accurately captured for use in our productivity measurement process; developing and improving our technical capability to deliver an effective payroll productivity index model; setting the payroll budget and constantly monitoring to flex spend in line with volume growth and ensuring that required tasks such as product movement, customer service and safety can be achieved within the payroll budgets set for branches.

Shift Hours: 38 hrs per week (5/7 flexible)
