About the role
Drive the heartbeat of our factory floor! As a Production Scheduler, you'll be the strategic link between commercial demand and operational execution—transforming forecasts into finely tuned production schedules that keep our lines humming. With precision and foresight, you'll manage master data and optimize planning systems to ensure every schedule is not just achievable, but exceptional.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure ERP system (JDE, RR, PlanetTogether etc) Master data is up to date and effective for the site.
- Update ERP system based on any changes during manufacturing or sales changes at Logistics Centers
- Responsible to plan Frozen window and planning horizon of 13 weeks
- Create line schedules and share with operations teams.
- Ensure any adjustments needed in frozen or non-frozen horizon are done and reflected in the system in conjunction with the business KPIs (Inventory, Service ETC)
- Share DRP and Adjust DRP as needed based on the sales data shared.
- Work in collaboration with the Material Planner to ensure production plans are met.
- Collaborate with Material Planner to help drive down inventory and obsolescence at the plant.
- Follow up on attainment and work closely with Operations to deliver the planned schedules.
- Weekly review attainment and code cuts on behalf of the Factory and share with stakeholders.
- Be a central leading figure in problem solving through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions for Planning related issues in the department.
- Help Identify, communicate, collaborate and drive implementation of strategic action plans to meet company performance objectives with all relevant stakeholders at the Plant and Business
- Work Closely with Project managers and associated team for PIPO (Phase in Phase out) of any NPD/EPD.
- Collaborate in creating scenarios where the business can improve deliverable KPIs (Service, OEE, Inventory etc)
- Be the subject matter expert within the plant on Scheduling software and ERP used.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education, experience and training may substitute.
- 3+ years relevant work experience required, preferably in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
- 1+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (preferably Kinaxis Rapid Response, PlanetTogether, JDE and SAP).
- Understand the product lifecycle at a FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) production facility.
- Understanding of planning / ERP systems and analytics tools (SAP, JDE, Kinaxis preferred)
- Experience in MS Office applications
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient presentation development and delivery skills
- Technical writing capability
- Ability to work independently for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to develop and provide training on various systems being used for planning.
- Strong Problem-Solving abilities.
- Ability to provide on-call support in case of emergent issues.

What we offer
Salary Range
USDÂ $82,000.00 – Â $122,000.00
