You’ll:
🔧 Lead and motivate 20–30 engineers and technicians
⚙️ Deliver “best in class” fleet reliability and availability
🌍 Drive safety, continuous improvement, and team development
💡 Use your technical expertise to solve problems and inspire excellence
You’ll need:
✅ An engineering apprenticeship or equivalent
✅ Experience in maintenance or depot management
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
