🌟 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Owner to shape the future of our cloud practice management system. You’ll be the bridge between vision and delivery — translating customer needs into clear requirements, driving sprints, and ensuring every release adds real value.

🎯 What you’ll be doing

  • Transform high-level product vision into clear, detailed requirements ✍️

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog 🔑

  • Be the voice of the customer throughout development 👩‍💻

  • Run agile working groups, create user stories, and gather feedback 🤝

  • Lead sprint delivery & drive continuous improvement 🚀

  • Deliver innovative, intuitive solutions that customers love 💙

💡 What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in online software 🌐

  • Background in practice management software or accountancy workflows = big plus 📚

  • Strong grasp of Agile/Lean software development ⚡

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills 🗣️

  • Track record of delivering clear requirements & successful backlogs 📋

  • Commercial awareness + passion for customer-first product delivery 🙌

⏳ What success looks like

  • 3 months: Build strong relationships, deliver clear user stories, and stay 1 sprint ahead.

  • 12 months: Own roadmap delivery, innovate & lead sprints with impact.

  • 2 years: Consistently deliver roadmap, transform customer engagement into product innovation.
